Relevant specifications for the use of plug wires and their wiring
1、 European plug wire
① European plug: also known as Dutch standard power plug, also known as pipe plug
The plug wire has dealers and dealer model specifications such as AW-006 JJ-002, and has been verified by various countries around the world: (D (Netherlands); N (Denmark); S (Germany); VDE (France); FI (Germany); IMQ (Spain); KEMA (Spain); CEBEC (Denmark).
Pin suffix: N/1225
② Wiring signs indicate code: H05KV □□ F 3G 0.75mm2:
H: Indicate European regulations and EU national logos
05: Indicates the compressive strength of the wiring (03:300V 05:500V)
VV: The insulation layer of the front V surface wire core, and the back V indicates the insulation layer of the wire protection sleeve of the wiring. VV, such as RR, indicates that it is a vulcanized rubber insulation layer, and VV, such as N, indicates that it is chloroprene rubber;
□□: The front "□" has a unique code, and the back "□" indicates a flat wire, or H2 indicates a flat two core wire;
F: Indicate that the line is a circular line
3: Indicate the number of internal wire cores
G: Indicate grounding device
0.75 mm2: indicates the cross-sectional area of the wiring
European standard line markings indicate
2、 British standard plug-in cable
① English plug: 240V 50HZ compression resistance 3750V 3S 0.5mA, fuse tube (2A 10A 13A) (FVSE) → fuse tube, specifications: total length 25-26.3mm, center diameter 4.7-6.2mm, metal material cap diameter on both sides 6.25-6.5mm (silk screen ink BS1362);
② The internal wire of the plug line (when disassembling the BS power plug and facing it directly to the right, connect the L wire (fire) to the fuse tube. The length of the grounding wire must exceed three times the length of the (live wire, neutral wire). Loosen the fixing screw and pull it out with external force to remove the wire. The grounding wire must eventually fall down (the fixing screw for fixing the three wires must be tapered).
③ Identify the same European plug wires.
3、 American plug wire
① American plug wire: 120V 50/60HZ is divided into two core wire, three core wire, and optical and non-polar wire. The metal sheet of the plug wire to the United States must have a plastic cover;
The root wire of the two core wire hot stamping indicates the live wire and neutral wire; The large pin of the optical power plug is the neutral wire, and the small pin is the live neutral wire (the convex and concave surface of the power wire is zero, and the round surface of the wire is the live neutral wire);
② American power cord types: NISPT-2 double-layer insulated flat wire, SPT-1W single-sided insulated flat wire with concave groove, SJTW moisture-proof power cord, SJTO oil resistant power cord, etc
American power cord and plug
NISPT-2: NISPT indicates two layers of insulation, -2 surface layer two core wire core insulation surface layer insulation;
XTV and SPT: indicate single-sided insulation layer, -2 surface two core wire (the entire wire has a concave groove, and the surface insulation is immediately wrapped with copper core electrical conductor);
SPT-3: indicates single-sided insulation with grounding wire, -3 indicates three core wire (the entire wire has a concave groove, and the middle one is the grounding wire with two layers of insulation);
SPT and NISPT are both biased wires, while SVT has two layers of insulation for round wires. Core insulation, surface insulation
③ American plugs generally do not immediately have UL pattern design printed on the top of the plug for verification of serial numbers. For example: E233157 E236618
④ American plug wires are different from European plug wires:
European plug wires are indicated by "H";
What size of wire is used to indicate the US standard, such as 2 × 1.31mm2 (16AWG), 2 × 0.824mm2 (18AWG): VW-1 (or HPN) 60 ℃ (or 105 ℃) 300V
2: Indicate the total number of wire cores;
1.31 or 0.824 mm2: indicates the cross-sectional area of the wire core;
16AWG: indicates the cross-sectional area of the wire center, and as mentioned above, mm2 is a relative area;
VW-1 or HPN: VW-1 is made of PVC material; HPN: is a chloroprene rubber material
60 ℃ or 150 ℃ is the high temperature resistance level of the power cord;
300V: The compressive strength of the power cord is different from the European standard (indicated by 03 or 05 in the European standard).
4、 Japanese plug wires: PSE, JET
VFF 2*0.75mm2 -F-
① VFF: V indicates that the wire material is PVC; FF is a single-sided insulation layer with concave grooves for the entire line;
② VCTFK: VC surface line material PVC; TFK is a two-layer insulated flat wire, consisting of a surface insulation layer, an inner insulation layer, and a copper core transmission line;
③ VCTF: VC indicates the wire material PVC; TF is a two-layer insulated round wire;
④ There are two types of wiring: one is 3 × 0.75mm2, and the other is 2 × 0.75mm2
3 × 0.75mm2:3 indicates a three core wire; 0.75mm2 indicates the cross-sectional area of the wire core;
⑤ F: indicates the material of the flexible cord;
⑥ The Japanese three plug plug has two springs, and the grounding wire is immediately locked to the power socket (with good safety factor and convenience)
